1. Acceptance of Terms & Relationship

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your relationship with https://www.myfinancesheet.com/ website (the “Service”) operated by RAVINDRA KUMAR SAHOO (Trade Name: MY FINANCE SHEET) (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

By registering an account and accessing the MyFinanceSheet application dashboard, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.

2. Disclosures & Risk Warning

Risk Disclosure: Trading financial assets, cash equities, commodities, and derivatives carries a high level of capital risk. Options and futures trading involve substantial leverage and can fluctuate rapidly. Under certain market regimes, exiting positions to limit losses can become difficult due to liquidity slippage.

Testimonial Disclosure: User reviews, trading diary case studies, and testimonials represent individual experiences. They are not indicators or guarantees of future results or success.

Hypothetical Performance & AI Model Disclosure: Historical probability stats, backtester simulation scorecards, and AI Coach (Dost AI) suggestions are hypothetical representations generated using mathematical algorithms and Large Language Models (LLMs) for self-reflection only. AI outputs may occasionally contain statistical inaccuracies or model hallucinations. AI feedback must NEVER be treated as SEBI-registered financial advice, trading signals, or buy/sell recommendations.

Execution Bridge & Webhook Disclaimer: The platform provides integration capabilities with third-party order execution bridges (such as OpenAlgo). All order parameters, quantities, exchange settings, and price types are configured solely by the user. MyFinanceSheet is not a stockbroker, does not hold or execute user order funds, and accepts no liability for execution latency, price slippage, connection drops, or rejected orders.

3. Trials, Fees & Refunds

Free Trial: New registered profiles receive a **2-Day Free Trial** (48 hours) to evaluate the journal dashboard, AI Coaching, and backtester analytics. Once the trial expires, the account is downgraded to the Free tier limits (0 coach queries, 0 backtest runs) unless a paid subscription is activated.

Fee Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees for any paid tiers (Lite or Pro) at our discretion. Any pricing changes will be posted with advance notice to active subscribers.

Quota & Limit Adjustments: We reserve the right to dynamically scale or adjust active subscription limit quotas (AI Coach queries, backtest runs, and token caps) if required to protect the service against extreme AI server/vendor infrastructure pricing hikes or model deprecations.

Free Plan Restore Constraints: Profiles on the Free tier are limited to a maximum of 50 trades in their total account history. Restoring a JSON journal backup on a Free tier account will strictly enforce this cap. Free tier users must either upgrade to a paid tier (Lite or Pro) to restore their full backup data, or accept a partial restore (recreating only the 50 most recent trades).

4. Content & Account Security

Content: You retain full ownership and intellectual rights of any trading logs, notes, setup descriptions, and screenshots uploaded to your private journal. You warrant that you have the right to upload this data and that it does not violate third-party rights.

Accounts: You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and the **4-digit App PIN Lock** used to secure your local browser cache storage. Account sharing across multiple concurrent active devices is prohibited and constitutes a terms violation.

Master Shared Demo Account Protection: The master shared Demo Account (and guest demo mode) is a shared public demonstration environment provided solely for platform evaluation purposes. To ensure continuous access for all visitors, the master Demo Account is protected from profile modifications, settings overrides, and account deletion.

Journal Backups & Data Purging: You are solely responsible for exporting and downloading local backups of your trading journal data. In compliance with active user privacy regulations, deleting your personal profile immediately and permanently purges all trade logs, portfolios, custom tags, notes, and settings from our active databases. Once deleted, personal trade data is unrecoverable from our servers. In accordance with legal and financial requirements, statutory sales invoices and anonymized system resource usage metrics are decoupled from your profile (`user_id = NULL`) and retained for regulatory tax audits and vendor cost reconciliation. You must maintain your own JSON backup files to restore or migrate your data.

5. Copyright Policy & Intellectual Property

Copyright Policy: We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe any content on our platform infringes your copyrights, you may submit a DMCA or copyright notice to [email protected].

Intellectual Property: All software code, UI designs, graphics, branding logs, and proprietary features of MyFinanceSheet are the exclusive property of MyFinanceSheet and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Links To Other Web Sites & Termination

Links To Other Web Sites: The Service contains links to third-party web sites or services (e.g. Zerodha Kite, Dhan, Groww, Yahoo Finance) that are not owned or controlled by us. We assume no liability for the content, privacy, or practices of any third-party websites.

Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your profile and account access immediately, without prior notice, if you violate any clauses of these Terms.

Termination for Inactivity: In order to optimize server resources and maintain active database hygiene, we enforce an account inactivity cleanup policy. If you do not sign in to your account for a consecutive period of 365 days (12 months) for Free Plan accounts, or 1,095 days (36 months) for Paid Plan/Expired-Paid accounts, your profile, portfolios, trade logs, strategy tags, checklist templates, and associated files will be scheduled for permanent deletion. Prior to deletion, we will send automatic email alerts warning you of the scheduled deletion at 30 days, 15 days, and 7 days before the final deletion date. Simply logging back into your account will reset the inactivity counter.

7. Liability & Indemnification

Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyFinanceSheet and its developers from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the platform.

Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall MyFinanceSheet be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages (including trade losses, capital erosion, database sync lag, or system downtime) arising from your trading activities.

8. Disclaimer And Non-Waiver of Rights & Governing Law

Disclaimer and Non-Waiver of Rights: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes & Contact Us

Changes: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. By continuing to access the Service after those revisions become active, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
